hangin out on bedford ave in williamsburg bklyn one day, laughing at and loving all the random haircuts that went past, i decided to draw few and turn them into trees. later that year i gave them some color and cut them out, took my roommate for a late night mission to return them to the streets from which they came.

away for the solstice

flying to florida to celebrate the Winter Solstice with other Kundalini Yogis from around the world. its a gathering of powerful peoples like i've never experienced before. a true blessing to spend a week in meditation and purification with others who are cultivating their own inner discipline. Sat Nam. above is a photograph of Yogi Bhajan who brought this practice of yoga to the states in 68. This october marked a year of his surpassing the physical body. truly an extraordinary human. i invite you to learn more about him thru his transcribed lectures.
